We all are aware of the history of events that has happened to African-Americans as a race. It is sad that we are in the need to stress the fact that black is beautiful to some of our young children until this day. Some African-American children are convinced that they are not beautiful just because they have dark skin, have nappy (thick course) hair or just because they are not Caucasian. I love my Caucasian brothers and sisters, however, black is beautiful, it always was! Just because you say that rose is dirty and people stepped on it, and said it was ugly, for hundreds of years, does not make the rose species ugly. Roses are beautiful, and always been since they were created.

How does these two videos make you feel? Any opinions?
Wow!
ReplyDeleteI think that children are not racist; society and environment directly and indirectly persuade them subconsciously to esteem one ethnicity higher than the other and these children manifest beliefs on the conscious awareness or domain without understanding.
